The commercial component of The Village, together with the residential villas, provides an economy of scale for services which will be helpful in keeping the long term residential condominium fees reasonable.

We anticipate that the monthly residential condominium fees for the villa homes will be approximately $270 which will include the following services:

• Landscape, irrigation and lawn maintenance
• Exterior maintenance on all buildings including painting
• Maintenance of the on-site sewer disposal system
• Snow removal on all common areas including streets, driveways & walking paths
• Trash removal
• Common area utilities including exterior lighting on roadways
• Professional management fees
